       You can place the order in both Online & Offline mode:

       In Online Mode:

  • Select the product which you want to shop.
  • Click Buy Now button, enter your login details & shipping address.
  • Select the mode of payment & Place the order.

      In Offline Mode:

  1. What are the modes of payment?

        Technocart accepts the following modes of payment:

  • Online Payment.
  • Bank Transfer Payment (NEFT /RTGS).

  1. What is the Standard Dispatch Time?

        Usually it takes minimum 3 to 7 days to dispatch, but standard dispatch time will vary for products to products. Refer individual product page for actual dispatch time while placing order.

  1. What is the Standard Delivery Time?

        Standard Delivery Time of your order depends upon the Product availability & Delivery location. Usually it takes 7-10 days to deliver your order anywhere in India. Under extraordinary circumstances (like Covid19 restrictions), few orders may take longer than expected time to get delivered.

  1. How can I track the order?

        Technocart offers you with the facility to track your order easily.

  • Click on Track Order link in Home Page.
  • Enter your Order id / Tracking Id and Email address.
  • Click on Track Order button to check the ordered product status.

        Your order status will be updated to you by emails & SMS. Please check SPAM/Junk folder in email, if you don’t find any order updates in Inbox. In case, If you haven’t received any mail contact +91 9361 77 87 97.

  1. How can I cancel the order?

        Cancellation before dispatch:

        You can cancel the order within 48 hours from the time of placing your order & for products which are in 24 hours dispatch you have to cancel your order before dispatch whichever is earlier. You can also cancel the order either by contacting us on +91 9361 77 87 97 (9 AM - 6 PM) or Dropping us an email on [email protected]

        Cancellation after dispatch:

        After dispatch, you cannot cancel your order. However, we’ll try our best to address the cancellation of order, but logistics charges & other charges will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded to your account (Customer’s bank account).

You can cancel/replace an order either by contacting us on +91 9361 77 87 97 (9 AM - 6 PM) or dropping us an email on [email protected]

  1. How many days will it take to get refund?

        Refund for Cancellation:

        Refund for your cancelled products will be initiated after receiving the confirmation mail. It takes minimum 3-5 business days for the money to be reflected to your account. Sometimes it may get delayed due to some unavoidable reasons.

        Refund for Returns:

        Refund for your product return will be processed after the already delivered item is picked up and received back at Technocart warehouse in good condition, Quality check will be done for the product then the refund will be initiated after receiving confirmation from our team & it takes minimum 3-5 business days for the money to be reflected to your bank account. Sometimes it may get delayed due to some unavoidable reasons.

  1. Can I place bulk orders on Technocart?

        Yes, you can place bulk order in both Online & Offline:

        For Bulk Order on Online:

       Bulk Order for single product:

       You can place bulk order by raising a request by clicking on the Get Bulk Quote option available on the product page.

      Bulk Order for multiple products:

      You can also place bulk order for multiple products by clicking on the Add to quote option available on the product page. Our team will contact you for more details.

       For Bulk Order on Offline:

       You can also place bulk order by contacting +91 9361 77 87 97/Whatsapp or dropping us an email on [email protected] or in Chat also.

  1. Why did I receive partial order?

        Usually, Products will be dispatched to you from different locations. So, if your order is delivered partially your order might contain products with different dispatch time. The products with different dispatch time will be delivered separately.

The expected dispatch date will be available to you on the product page.

  1. Do Technocart take orders outside of India?

        Technocart will serve orders only within India.

  1. How do I know order is confirmed?

        After your order is placed, an Email or SMS will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number regarding order confirmation. Apart from inbox, please also check SPAM/Junk folder in email.

  1. What if money is deducted from account and did not receive any confirmation mail?

        If you haven’t received any updates, Please contact our customer care at +91 9361 77 87 97 or drop us an email on [email protected] with your transaction details and our team will check and get back to you.

  • If money is not credited to Technocart account, it will be automatically reversed to your own bank account. Usually, it takes minimum 3-5 business days to get reflected in your own back account.

  1. What is minimum order value to avail EMI? How is EMI debited?

        The minimum order value to avail the EMI option is Rs 3,000.

        If you placed your order using EMI payment mode, your first month EMI charge will be deducted by the bank depending upon the number of months you have chosen to pay the EMI & other eligibility criteria with your respective bank. For cancellation, refund or pre-closure you may have to check with the respective bank, on how will it affect the EMI terms.

  1. Will you provide service for the products ordered?

        Technocart will not directly offer any after sale services for the products. But Technocart will try to facilitate the after sales service on goodwill basis if customer is willing to pay, but it depends upon the manufacturer warranty of the product.

  1. How can I return/replace the order and when will I receive the replacement product?

        You have to raise return/replacement request to the [email protected] within 48 hours of order delivery. Technocart team will verify your return/replacement request and will initiate the order pick up, if return/replacement request is valid.

       For Order replacement:

       The replacement of ordered product will be initiated after the already delivered item is picked up and received back at Technocart warehouse in good condition (without any damage or tampering). The replacement order will be delivered to you usually within 7-10 business days, but there may be exceptions.

  1. Is there any cancellation charge for returning the product?

        Yes, cancellation charge is applicable depends upon the reason for return on case to case basis.

  1. Is any warranty available for the products? How do I claim the warranty?

        Most of the products have manufacturer warranty.  Technocart will try to guide you to claim the manufacturer warranty on goodwill basis.

  1. What is the return period for the product?

        If the ordered product is unused, you have to return the product within 48 hours of order delivery.

  1. Will I get GST Invoice?

        Yes, GST invoice will be provided for all the ordered products at the time of delivery.

  1. How can I become a seller in Technocart?

  1. Can I pay partial amount on bulk orders?

         Yes, you can pay partial amount based on the previous transaction history with Technocart. It will be decided by our Technocart team on case to case basis.

  1. What should I need to do if I missed the delivery?

        You have to inform immediately on the same day of scheduled delivery to our customer care team. We will reschedule the delivery on next day. Reschedule will be done only once and it depends upon the shipper services.

In case again if you missed the delivery, your product will be returned to our Technocart warehouse, shipping amount will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account.

  1. Will I receive a call before my order delivery?

         Shipping Partners/ Delivery person will try to contact you most of the time in case of any difficulties in finding address.

  1. What should I do if I find the package tampered on delivery?

         You have to share the Images of the package immediately without opening the package to our customer care team at +91 9361 77 87 97 or drop us an email on [email protected].

  1. How will I get refund if I paid in Cash on Delivery?

        Technocart does not provide any cash on delivery services.

  1. Can I change the address after my order is shipped?

        You cannot change the shipping address once the product is shipped.  Our Shipping partner does not provide such facilities, since it creates more hassle.
